Sea of Galilee
i just went for my first ever physio therapy session. it was an interesting experience. was pretty scared at first but vivian made things comfortable, well because she's my senior. went through a series of questions before being access. i can't remember the name of my physio therapist, all i can remember is her two big, round........... eyes. she massaged my calf with johnson and johnson baby oil. smoooooooth. nothing much happen anyway. problem with my 'knee' was actually my tendon and the hamstring. nothing really to do with the knee. it was said that i overused it or didnt stretch after workout. i believe its the latter. she said i can carry on my normal activities including running. but guys, i was told that when the pain sets in and its unbearable, i have to stop running. dont say i chao keng ah.
